At Pulire 2011 Fimap will present My50, the scrubbing machine that offers the essential of high quality.
Fimap’s new walk-behind scrubbing machine for cleaning floor surface areas up to 2000 sq.m. has been produced in line with the principles of Fimap Affordable Cleaning philosophy, offering excellent performance, high quality and affordability. Massimiliano Ruffo, CEO of Fimap, explains the story behind this result.
Who is the My50 scrubbing machine designed for?
Our aim was to create a product suitable for unskilled users who require simple-to-use and affordable scrubbing machines. My50 ensures excellent cleaning results and does not require any particular effort as it is extremely user-friendly.
My50 meets the needs of this market segment and features Fimap waste reduction solutions while maintaining a very competitive price.
Three brush models are available (51, 53 and 55 cm) according to working needs: with one single machine is possible to meet several cleaning requirements.
How did you manage to reach convenience together with the maximum equipment for your products?
The Research and Development department exerts every effort to search new strong but sustainable materials and technical solutions able to offer the advantages of Fimap technologies without using electronic instruments. These are the principles behind the new squeegee (patent pending) made of reinforced plastic, resistant to corrosion and impacts and easier to maintain thanks to the innovative design which facilitates rubber blades removal without the use of tools. Fimap has therefore been able to produce an affordable fully-equipped machine by increasing its commitment to research, experimentation and investment, and concentrating its resources on key objectives. My50 is the revolutionary result of this process.
What are the features of My50?
My50 is equipped with Fimap sustainable technologies to control both water and detergent flow (FSS) and energy consumption (FES), guaranteeing more autonomy, reduced consumption and no waste. My50 can also be used in environments where maximum discretion is required thanks to its very low acoustic pressure level (FNC).
Lastly, the simple design highlights all the driving, cleaning and maintenance controls and devices, facilitating use also by unskilled operators (ID–Intelligent Drive). In particular, the elements involved in the maintenance operations have been colour-coded to better highlight the parts of the machine that require a daily cleaning and sanitization in order to guarantee maximum efficiency at all times.
