In Fimap quality is on view
The factory path takes the Customer safely inside the production area, to see closely and transparently the stages of Fimap machines production. The visit is marked by checks, that are scrupulously done on the product during each stage of the assembly process before it proceeds to the next stage. “The visitor can see all the tests and perceive the importance that quality assumes already from the initial production stage” explains Mr. Massimiliano Ruffo, CEO of Fimap.
The path has been made following the various production stages: it starts in the incoming goods area where components quality is checked before they enter the production process.
Then the visit proceeds through pre-assembly and assembly phases, during which mechanical and electrical checks are done, to ensure that components entering the following phase meet, up to that moment, the required standards. At the end of the production cycle, the Quality Team makes a final test of machines’ proper working parameters and produces a report that will be enclosed to the machine that is now ready to pass to the dispatching area.
